Flexible Company Information
Company information can be viewed as the user would like it to be viewed. Sections can be moved from one part of the form to another. Added customized fields can be added to different sections of the form, by the user’s choice. Each user can have their own view, based on their preferences.

Advanced Search Capabilities Including Custom Fields
With EquityTouch®, you can search for contacts using different criteria, broken down by several fields under company, location, financials, person, touch, and communication. Any field into which you can type information is searchable in the Advanced Search mode of EquityTouch®, including custom fields making it easier to find what you need, when you need it.

Groups
Groups enable EquityTouch® users to group companies or contacts together that have no common data reference and display these records together in a search view. They could be your hot list companies or contacts, or they could be ones you are tracking progress on. They could also be companies or contacts you met at a tradeshow.

Productivity Statistics
EquityTouch® provides you with dynamic statistics showing your level of productivity. Productivity Statistics let you quickly see what you have been doing and enables you to drill down into this data easily. This in turn enables you to identify the categories in which you need to increase efficiency. You can view the number of Touches broken down by Touch type.

Integrated with Exchange Server
Your e-mail and calendar events created inside EquityTouch® are sent through Microsoft Exchange, creating emails and calendar events inside EquityTouch®, as well as in Outlook. This makes your relationship management easier than ever. No need to take your eyes away from your data or deal with obstructive windows in order to send an e-mail from Outlook or to check your calendar.

    EquityTouch® makes it possible for you to customize financial and other types of history for each of the companies you are doing business with. This is broken down by fiscal year.
